Jason Pagan's Baseball-Softball 101 program for college-bound student-athletes supports two divisions. Baseball 101 fields a showcase team consisting of high school players. Softball 101 fields four teams in the following age divisions: 18u, 16u, 14u, and 10u.
The program is designed to showcase players who produce statistics that college recruiters care about. The program also places a player emphasis on education and leadership, producing student-athletes who are well-rounded, respected contributors.
Baseball 101
Baseball 101 is a progress-driven program dedicated to taking players to the next level, with an emphasis on hard work and college-minded training opportunities. Every year, Baseball 101 players earn scholarship offers from around the country — building on the program’s reputation to produce well-rounded student-athletes.
Softball 101
Softball 101 is a program dedicated to providing player the individual attention they deserve, experiences that will be able to be carry throughout their lives. All of these players have had the benefit of learning from coaches who have played and coached at the college level. Some of them have been with the program since age 10.
Training Programs
In addition to overseeing the Baseball 101 team and four Softball 101 teams, Jason Pagan offers next-level training programs for high school students and one-on-one student athletes. He is well respected for developing some challenging strength and conditioning programs, catching development, and hitting lessons.
